Radiant Clean Customer Service Agreement

Terms and conditions between you the Customer and us at Radiant Clean:
This document has the terms and conditions, please review this Agreement. Use of our services constitutes your acceptance of all terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please call us for clarification, Phone: 9367-7198.

Our team is made up of highly trained professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service. We use responsible and caring staff who understands our customers needs to ensure that our clients receive the best possible results.

Cleaning Services

  1. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Radiant Clean agrees to provide domestic cleaning services to the Customer at an address and time as specified by the Customer.
  2. The Service will be for such cleaning requirements as agreed with the Customer at the time of booking to provide the Service at a time requested and agreed by the Customer.
  3. Radiant Clean supply and use only the best materials in cleaning.
  4. Radiant Clean endeavours to provide all services in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Radiant Clean will provide one or more cleaners to attend the premises to provide the service at a time and date mutually agreed between Radiant Clean and the customer.

Additional Services

  1. If the Customer requires an additional service(s) or variations at the time the Service is being performed, the Customer must first contact Radiant Clean by telephone. The Cleaner is not authorised to agree to any changes to the Service being provided. The Customer must not request such changes directly from the Cleaner.

Customer Representations and Warranties

The Customer represents and warrants that:

  1. List full services required to ensure the correct quotation is provided, number of rooms, size etc.
  2. They will provide a safe working environment at the Premises for the Cleaner to perform the Service;
  3. The Cleaner will have unencumbered and unobstructed access to those areas of the Premises requiring the Service;
  4. They will provide the Cleaner with access to all services and utilities (including hot and cold water, electricity, and rubbish bins) as required by the Cleaner to provide the Service;
  5. Will advise Radiant Clean prior to the commencement of the Service of any risks or dangers;
  6. They are authorised to use the Premises and obtain the provision of Service;
  7. Provide entry by way of key if they are not at the premises to be cleaned;
  8. Heavy items (eg. a fridge, bookshelf, or other furniture), will be moved prior to the commencement of the Service;
  9. Will secure or remove any fragile, delicate, breakable or valuable items, including cash, jewellery, works of art, antiques, or items of sentimental value prior to the commencement of the Service;
  10. Not request work to be commenced or continued if there is any risk to the cleaner;
  11. All animals are to be removed from the work areas and all dogs will be away from any work area and chained or in a safe area.

Health and Safety Risks

  1. The Cleaner is entitled to undertake a job safety analysis before the commencement of any work to assess the health and safety risk at the Premises.

No Engagement of Cleaners

  1. The customer acknowledges that Radiant Clean invests significant resources in recruiting and selecting its Cleaners. Unless Radiant Clean gives prior written permission, the Customer must not, directly or indirectly, engage, employ or contract with any Cleaner to provide domestic services to the Customer or any associate of the customer for any period during which services are provided by Radiant Clean or for a period within 24 months after the conclusion of any Service.
  2. The Customer acknowledges that Radiant Clean may suffer loss and damage, including, without limitation consequential loss, as a result of a breach of this clause by the Customer.

Cleaning Quotations

  1. Any price quoted by Radiant Clean is an estimate only based on Radiant Clean’s experience, without inspection, and based on information provided by the Customer. Subject to this clause, quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of the quote.
  2. The Customer must inform Radiant Clean whether any cleaning services required are for an ‘end of tenancy’ at the time of quotation.
  3. If at the commencement or during the course of providing the service, it is apparent that the actual cost of the service will exceed the quote provided by Radiant Clean, Radiant Clean will provide the customer with the option to pay an increased fee to complete the service, or pay the quoted amount without the service being completed.

Bookings

  1. Radiant Clean provides all quotations at the time of booking, or fixed/variable price on information given by you our potential client. Our price is based on the information supplied by you, this work only is what we undertake.
  2. At the time of the booking the customer must provide details of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or dangers, ingrained dirt, grease or grime existing at the premises.
  3. The Customer agrees to provide Radiant Clean with their valid credit card details at the time of booking, and authorises Radiant Clean to debit any card with an amount equal to any service and/or cancellation fees that may apply under this Agreement.
  4. Radiant Clean reserves the right not to accept a booking for any reason.
  5.  

Payment terms

  1. The Customer agrees to pay the price quoted by Radiant Clean in full by the credit card provided to Radiant Clean prior to or at the Service Time, unless otherwise agreed in advance with Radiant Clean.
  2. If no payment has been received by the service time, Radiant Clean will use reasonable endeavours to contact the customer for payment. In the event that Radiant Clean cannot contact the customer or the Customer will be deemed to have cancelled the service, and the Customer must pay any cancellation fees or charges set out below under cancellation fees.

GST

  • All prices and quotations are expressed to be GST exclusive.
  • NDIS is GST free

Late payment fee

  1. Where Radiant Clean has invoiced the customer for payment fees after the Service has been completed, the customer agrees to pay in full, all fees due, within 7 days of the invoice date.
  2. The Customer agrees that if Radiant Clean has not received payment in full for the Service within one month of the original invoice date then a late payment fee of $15 applies for the first month. Interest will be charged on the fixed rate of 10% per annum on each day that any amount remains outstanding thereafter.
  3. In addition to the amount above, the customer agrees to indemnify Radiant Clean for all legal costs (on a solicitor and own client or full indemnity basis, whichever is greater) and other expenses incurred by Radiant Clean in connection with a demand, action, or other proceeding (including mediation, out of court settlement or action taken for recovery of debt from the Customer) arising out of breach of these terms including the failure by the Customer to pay an amount by the due date.
  4.  

Complaints:

  1. If the Customer is dissatisfied for any reason with the Service provided, it must inform Radiant Clean within 48 hours of completion of the Service. Radiant Clean strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and will endeavour to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Radiant Clean will not take responsibility for complaints later than 48 hours or the equivalent of 2 business days from the completion of the services.
  2. The only conditions and warranties which are binding on Radiant Clean in respect to the state, quality or condition of goods and services supplied by Radiant Clean to Customers are those imposed and required to be binding by statue (including the trades practices Act 1974);  Subject to these conditions Radiant Clean may at its discretion, offer the customer the following:
    1. Re-supply of the service without charge.

Accidents, Breakage, Damage & Theft

  1. The Customer must inform Radiant Clean of any incident where an accident, breakage, damage to property or theft has occurred due to any act of the Cleaner within 24 hours of completion of the Service.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, the Customer is not entitled to claim any loss for any incident if the incident is not reported to Radiant Clean within 24 hours of completion of the Service.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, damage or loss to the following items is specifically excluded from the liability of Radiant Clean under these terms and conditions: cash, jewellery, art, antiques, and items of sentimental value.

Cancellation fees

  1. The customer must provide Radiant Clean with at least 48hrs notice prior to the service time, if they wish to post pone, reschedule or cancel the service for any reason.
  2. In the event that the customer does not provide 48 hours notice prior to the commencement of the service, the Customer agrees to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to the amount of the service  ( full service amount ).
  3. In the event that such notice has been given, Radiant Clean will endeavour to reschedule the Service if required.

Termination

  1. If the customer decides to terminate the service, one month’s notice is required. During this term Radiant Clean will continue to charge the client as usual until the end of the cancellation period. Cancellations of service do not apply during the cancellation notice period.
  2. In the event that the customer does not provide the appropriate notice, the customer agrees to pay Radiant Clean 1 months worth of service or time remaining between cancellation and 1 month.
  3. Radiant Clean may terminate this Agreement by providing the customer with 24 hours notice prior to the service if the customer is in breach of this Agreement, if in the opinion of Radiant Clean, that breach is incapable of remedy.

Privacy Policy

  1. All information provided by the Customer may be used by Radiant Clean for the purpose of providing the Service. Radiant Clean agrees not to share or disclose any information with any third party not directly involved in the provision of the Service (unless required to do so by law).
  2. Radiant Clean will take all reasonable precautions to protect personal information provided by the Customer.
